PHNOM PENH, Dec. 10 (Xinhua) — The Cambodian government had a total public debt stock of 11.78 billion U.S. dollars at the end of the third quarter (Q3) of 2024, up 4.52 percent from 11.27 billion dollars at the end of Q2, according to the Cambodia Public Debt Statistical Bulletin on Tuesday.
