BEIJING, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) — The Philippines stirred up trouble again by enacting two domestic laws which gravely infringed upon China’s territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests in the South China Sea, sparking strong condemnation and serious protests from Beijing.
