KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 (Xinhua) — Malaysian stock exchange Bursa Malaysia has reported higher earnings in the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, amid higher revenue.

The firm said in a statement on Tuesday that its net profit for the quarter rose 5.51 percent year on year to 80.45 million ringgit (17.4 million U.S. dollars), while its revenue jumped 38.27 percent to 199.94 million ringgit.
