HANOI, May 30 (Xinhua) — A woman was arrested on Thursday in Vietnam’s northern province of Thai Binh after a five-year-old boy under her care was forgotten on the school bus and died, VnExpress reported.

A kindergarten employee was reportedly in charge of monitoring students on a 29-seat bus between the school and their homes.

At 6:20 a.m. on Wednesday, she and the bus driver took the five-year-old boy
