ISLAMABAD, May 30 (Xinhua) — A policeman was killed in firing by armed assailants in Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, police officials said on Wednesday.

The incident happened in the Sarband area of Peshawar city of the province when three to four terrorists riding motorcycles opened fire on the policeman, sources from Peshawar police told Xinhua.
