BANGKOK, April 28 (Xinhua) — Iran beat Thailand 4-1 in the AFC Futsal Asian Cup final here on Sunday to claim a record-extending 13th title.

Iran enjoyed a flying start with a 1-0 lead in the first minute before making it 2-0 five minutes later.

Thailand tried to claw its way back with a goal after the interval, but Iran silenced the home crowd with its third just two minutes later.
