New Delhi [India], February 14 (ANI): Union Minister of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways (MoPSW) Sarbananda Sonowal, will inaugurate the Kalughat inland waterway transport (IWT) Terminal and community jetties at Kalughat IWT Terminal, Saran, Bihar.
