VIENTIANE, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) — Lao officials have convened in the Lao capital Vientiane for discussion and exchange of opinions in preparation for the 31st ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Council meeting in 2024.

Officials attending the meeting Wednesday expected to showcase the country’s products and services to tourism professionals at the upcoming ASEAN meeting.
