New Delhi [India], December 17 (ANI): The International Buddhist Confederation, in collaboration with Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Buddhist Centre, is set to organise the First International Sangha Forum (ISF) from December 20 to 23.
