COLOMBO, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) — Sri Lanka’s Minister of Justice, Prison Affairs and Constitutional Reforms, Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe, on Monday unveiled plans to introduce a new legislative framework to regulate microfinance institutions in the country.
