SUVA, June 21 (Xinhua) — Fiji Airways has scooped the Best Airline in the Australia-Pacific region award for 2022, ahead of bigger players Qantas and Air New Zealand for the first time, bringing pride to the island nation.

This award was presented to Fiji Airways at the 2023 World Airline Awards in Singapore on Tuesday.

Fiji Airways also won the Skytrax Best Airline Staff Service and Best Airport Service
