KUALA LUMPUR, May 8 (Xinhua) — Malaysia’s services producer price index (SPPI), which measures changes in producer prices for the local services sector in the country, increased 3.4 percent year on year in the first quarter, official data showed Monday.

The Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) said in a statement that most sub-sectors recorded increased prices this quarter.
