ISLAMABAD, April 19 (Xinhua) — Pakistan’s Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal rejected the perception that the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a “debt trap,” saying it distorts the spirit of the BRI.
