JAKARTA, April 3 (Xinhua) — Indonesia posted its inflation at 4.97 percent year-on-year in March, the lowest in the last seven months, according to Statistics Indonesia (BPS) on Monday.

The March inflation figure was compared to 5.47 percent in February and 5.28 percent in January, but it was still above the central bank’s target range of 2 percent to 4 percent.
