Islamabad [Pakistan], March 31 (ANI): The Pakistan Senate on Thursday approved the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Bill, 2023 that would curb the Chief Justice of Pakistan’s discretionary powers to take suo moto notice, Geo News reported.
The bill was moved in the Senate on Thursday a day after it was approved by the Pakistan National Assembly. At least 60 lawmakers approved the bill while 19 senators voted against
