Khyber Pakhtunkhwa [Pakistan], March 10 (ANI): Traders in Pakistan’s Mansehra and Shinkiari towns on Thursday held a shutter-down strike in response to the “prolonged and unscheduled” power outages, Pakistan-based Dawn newspaper reported.
