PHNOM PENH, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) — Cambodia on Monday created Irrawaddy dolphin conservation and protection zones covering a 120-km-long stretch of the Mekong River in northeastern Stung Treng and Kratie provinces, according to a sub-decree.
