COLOMBO, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) — Sri Lanka’s Colombo Port City will generate around 87,000 job opportunities in the coming few years, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabry told parliament on Wednesday.

Sabry said this project will play a major role in making Sri Lanka an economic hub.

The minister said that the Colombo Port City will become the center of an export-oriented economy in the country and Sri Lanka
