VIENTIANE, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) — The value of the investment by Vietnamese companies in Laos reached 180 million U.S. dollars in 2022, an increase of 52.5 percent.

Lao national radio on Monday quoted Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone as saying the Lao government welcomed suggestions from Vietnamese investors and was ready to seek solutions to help investors overcome their challenges.
