HANOI, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) — The 15th National Assembly (NA) of Vietnam, the country’s top legislature, concluded its fourth session here on Tuesday, with economic development plans for 2023 approved and new personnel appointed.

The NA voted to pass six laws, 12 thematic resolutions and the general resolution of the session. It also gave opinions on eight bills and resolutions on other important issues.
