KUALA LUMPUR, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) — Malaysia’s central bank, Bank Negara Malaysia, has raised the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) by 25 basis points (bps) to 2.75 percent.

The ceiling and floor rates of the corridor of the OPR are correspondingly increased to 3 percent and 2.50 percent, respectively, the bank said in a statement on Thursday.
