Srinigar, Indian-administered Kashmir – Sanna Irshad Mattoo, a Pulitzer Prize Winner photojournalist from Indian-administered Kashmir, declared Tuesday on Twitter that she had been stopped by immigration authorities in New Delh from boarding a flight to New York to receive her award.
