KASHGAR, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) — China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Wednesday donated a batch of relief supplies worth 1 million yuan (143,600 USD) to Pakistan.

The donation was made in response to a request from Pakistani officials for assistance in disaster relief.
