ISLAMABAD, Aug. 26 (Xinhua) — Pakistan has reached out to donors, friendly countries and international financial institutions for assistance to respond to the scale of flood calamity, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif tweeted on Thursday night.
