HANOI, Vietnam: The Vietnamese government is considering building a high-speed railway, with a possible cost of up to $58.7 billion, which will cover the length of the country.

In a news release, the company said that next month, Vietnam’s transport ministry would submit a proposal to build the 960 mile railway to the Politburo, the decision-making body of the country’s ruling Communist Party of Vietnam.
