Lahore [Pakistan], May 25 (ANI): Pakistan is staring at an unprecedented wheat crisis amid the ongoing political and economic instability as the harvest is expected to be over two metric tonnes less this year.
The wheat shortage has shot up the prices in a further blow to the country’s slumping economy. The wheat crisis is being attributed to incessant heatwaves in the country.
