VIENTIANE, April 29 (Xinhua) — The total number of COVID-19 cases in Laos rose to 207,196 on Friday after 315 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health.

According to a report by the Center of Information and Education for Health under the ministry, the country recorded 315 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, including 306 community cases.
