YANGON, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) — The Myanmar kyat has been depreciating against the U.S. dollar with an exchange rate of over 1,900 kyats per dollar in the local black market in recent days, state-run newspaper Global New Light of Myanmar reported on Friday.
