KABUL, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) — A Turkish freight train carrying about 750 tons of humanitarian aid has arrived in Afghanistan, the Afghan Red Crescent Society said on Tuesday.

The first train of 750 tons of humanitarian aid from the Turkish Red Crescent Society to the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) arrived at the dry port of Tor Ghundi in western Herat province late on Monday, the ARCS wrote on Twitter.
