SINGAPORE, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) — Singapore reported 2,463 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the total tally to 310,276.

Of the new cases, 873 were detected through PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tests and 1,590 through ART (antigen rapid test) tests, according to the statistics released by the Ministry of Health.
