KARACHI, Pakistan – On Monday, local health officials reported the successful conclusion of a clinical trial of Chinese traditional herbal medication to treat Covid-19 as Pakistan enters the fifth wave of the pandemic caused by the Omicron form.

Jinhua Qinggan Granules (JHQG), Chinese medicine developed by Juxiechang (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Co Ltd, is already being utilized to treat Covid-19 patients in China.
