CHATTOGRAM, Bangladesh – After a clash with police in Chattogram, police apprehended 44 Bangladesh Nationalist Party leaders and activists.

On Wednesday, a brawl erupted on the premises of the Chattogram Press Club. During the altercation, four police officers were injured.

The BNP, which boycotted the 2014 national election, had declared January 5 as ‘Democracy Killing Day’ and planned to observe the occ
