TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran national handball team left back Allahkaram Esteki will not accompany Team Melli in the 2022 Asian Handball Championship.

The 34-year-old player has withdrawn from the National Team due to the lack of preparation.

Esteki, who currently plays in Al-Ahli of Qatar, has asked Manuel Montoya Fernandez not to invite him to Team Melli and the Spaniard has accepted it.
