DHAKA, Bangladesh – On Friday, President Abdul Hamid administered the oath of office to Justice Siddique in Bangabhaban. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the ceremony was held in the presidential palace’s Darbar Hall with few visitors.

Justice Siddique, attired in traditional judicial robes and a full-bottom wig, took his oath in front of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
