MANILA, Dec. 25 (Xinhua) — The Philippines’ Department of Health (DOH) on Saturday reported 433 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total tally to 2,838,381.

The DOH also reported that 137 more people died from COVID-19 complications in the Southeast Asian country, bringing the overall coronavirus death toll to 51,187.
