Islamabad [Pakistan], June 29 (ANI): Sentencing the Lashkar-e-Taiba’s founder Hafiz Saeed and Sajid Mir to jail is the biggest progress made by the Pakistan government to take off their name from the Financial Action Task Force’s (FATF) ‘grey list’. However, the security expert noted the country’s record of undoing terror convictions through appeals before higher courts and freeing militants, once the purpose is served.
