HANOI, May 23 (Xinhua) — The 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) concluded on Monday night at My Dinh Indoor Athletics Arena in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi.

With the motto of “Coming Together to Shine,” the closing ceremony featured music performance and a handover ceremony as Vietnam passed the flag of the Games to Cambodia, the host of next SEA Games.

At the 31st SEA Games, Vietnam topped the medal
