KATHMANDU, Sept. 20 (Xinhua) — A total of 484 mountaineers have received permits by Tuesday to climb the peaks inside Nepal in the fall season, the Department of Tourism said.

“More climbers are in the pipeline to receive the climbing permits,” Yubaraj Khatiwada, director of the department’s mountaineering section, told Xinhua.
