YANGON, Dec. 13 (Xinhua) — Myanmar inaugurated its first-ever fisheries institute on Monday, according to the Department of Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation on Tuesday.

The Fisheries Institute (Twantay) is located in the Twantay township of the Yangon region.
