New Delhi [India], July 6 (ANI): Reacting to the “illegally constructed” Court of Arbitration in matters related to the Kishenganga and Ratle hydroelectric project, the Ministry of External Affairs said that India cannot be compelled to participate in parallel proceedings not envisaged by the Indus Water Treaty.
