PHNOM PENH, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) — Cambodia and Singapore signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) Tuesday on clean energy cooperation, said a statement from Cambodia’s Ministry of Mines and Energy.

The deal was inked via video link between Cambodian Minister for Mines and Energy Suy Sem and Singapore’s Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry Tan See Leng.
