KATHMANDU, Nepal – A cop beat up a doctor on Sunday around 8:30 p.m., allegedly because the doctor was “walking at night.”

Dr. Kul Bahadur Ghising was walking back to his apartment in Kusunti on Sunday night after finishing his shift at the Arogya Foundation in Pulchowk.
